The Retreat is a newly-built self-catering house on the outskirts of the village of Craighouse on the Isle of Jura. Completed in 2005, it offers a fabulous opportunity to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and tranquility of one of Scotland's most beautiful and remote islands.

The house features four twin rooms (one en-suite), a fully-fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable living room, from which you can experience the fantastic view over Craighouse towards the spectacular Paps of Jura and the waters of the Sound of Jura.

The house is situated in an elevated position in the village, but yet private. The Jura Hotel, the Isle of Jura Distillery and a local shop are all within easy walking distance.
